I recently applied for a reverse mortgage with Carl Jensen who had access to multiple lenders. I was not what you would consider to be a "cookie cutter" scenario as I had limited credit and other issues that resulted in a denial with another lender. Mr. Jensen listened to the challenges and decided to move forward with the application. I closed on the loan in a much more timely fashion than I expected, which resulted in paying off a mortgage and left me with a good deal of cash in a Line of Credit. He was always very responsive to my calls and always kept me in the loop.
